Outlier is hiring to review AI-generated media from home with flexible hours. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off. Work remotely on your schedule, earning up to $15 per hour with additional incentives.

Responsibilities include rating outputs for realism and quality, and writing concise explanations of issues found. Strong English, attention to detail, and the ability to decide between imperfect options are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking outputs.
• Comparing AI-generated image and video pairs to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs to spot issues like distortions, flickering, or misalignment.
• Writing specific explanations in English that point to observed issues.
