Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media entirely remotely and on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off. Your work helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn for real-world performance.

The opportunity offers flexible hours, remote work from home or travel, and payment on a weekly basis with various project-based rates.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic situations in natural, conversational way.
• Bachelor’s degree or above is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific English explanation of what you saw or heard.
