Job summary

Synthires is seeking experienced Financial Managers and finance leaders to evaluate AI-generated financial deliverables for accuracy, soundness, and regulatory alignment. You will apply practical financial judgment to realistic business scenarios while working on a remote, project-based engagement.

Starting immediately, this role offers flexible, task-based payments at first, with potential transition to hourly compensation. Expect to contribute 20+ hours per week across short, intensive tasks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Financial Manager, Finance Director, Branch Manager, Financial Planning Manager, or similar role.
• Experience overseeing accounting, banking, credit, insurance, securities, or financial planning activities at various levels.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and deliverables for accuracy and relevance.
• Assess AI-generated outputs based on financial soundness, regulatory considerations, analysis quality, and business judgment.
• Review scenarios involving cash flow management, budgeting, pricing, financial reporting, and planning.
