Job summary

Synthires is seeking a detail-oriented contractor to contribute to educational assessment, academic writing evaluation, and rubric-based reviews for a project aimed at improving AI systems. You will evaluate AI-generated content for clarity, accuracy, and usefulness, providing evidence-based rationales and scoring against established rubrics.

Qualifications

• Strong written English and editing skills.
• Experience marking, grading, or examining written work against established criteria.
• Strong critical-analysis skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to provide objective, evidence-based assessments.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with structured assessment or content-review processes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated responses for clarity, tone, helpfulness, and instruction adherence.
• Score content using established rubrics and evaluation guidelines.
• Provide detailed, evidence-based rationales for assessments.
• Identify factual errors, inconsistencies, unsupported claims, and usability issues.
• Maintain accurate evaluation records and apply assessment standards consistently.
• Collaborate remotely with project teams and incorporate reviewer feedback.
