Job summary

Outlier Ai seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a flexible freelance basis. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models, score outputs, and explain issues in writing.

Projects pay up to $15 per hour with weekly payment, and a 7.5% bonus potential from Missions, plus occasional higher rates for PhDs. Contributors can work from anywhere in the UK with no minimum hours, set their own schedule, and access leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• High attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to verify issues.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and speaking through realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Provide written explanations in English detailing observed issues and rationale.
