Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a freelance basis. You will roleplay conversations with an AI voice model, rank outputs, and explain issues in writing, all on your own schedule.

Payment is up to $15 per hour, with weekly payments via PayPal/AirTM/ACH and potential surge incentives. Flexible, independent contractor role with no minimum hours, open to residents of the United Kingdom.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when options have flaws.
• Comfort with explaining reasoning in writing.

Responsibilities

• Hold live scenario-based conversations with an AI voice model and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, glitches or misalignment.
• Write explanations in English detailing what was observed and why.
