Job summary

Outlier Ai is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and rate how well outputs follow prompts. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model and assess images and videos for realism and fidelity, providing written explanations of any issues.

Work is remote and flexible with freelance/independent contractor status. Payments are weekly at up to $15 per hour, with additional incentives via project-based bonuses and surge pricing.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• High attention to detail and ability to spot issues.
• Ability to write concise, evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank performance.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs to spot distortions or misalignment and explain findings in writing.
• Rate outputs on adherence, quality, and realism, with written justification.
