Job summary

Outlier Ai is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a freelance basis. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rank outputs, and write explanations of what looked or sounded off, all remotely from the UK.

This 1099 contractor role offers flexible scheduling with no minimum hours, weekly payments through PayPal/AirTM/ACH, and earnings up to $15 per hour depending on project and expertise. Prior experience with written reviews is helpful.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Able to articulate explanations in writing for evaluation decisions.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based reviews.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English.
