Job summary

Clinisys in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project Manager to deliver complex software implementations for NHS and private healthcare organisations, with a focus on the ICE Order Communications solution.

We are specifically seeking candidates with experience managing customer-facing software projects while working for a software vendor, supplier or technology provider. Healthcare experience is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer-facing software implementation projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Experience working for a software vendor, supplier or technology provider.
• Knowledge of PRINCE2 and project management methodologies.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, resources, risks and issues.
• Ability to coordinate with customers, internal delivery teams and third-party suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full lifecycle of software implementation projects from initiation through to go-live and customer handover.
• Owning project plans, timelines, risks, budgets and resource coordination.
• Working closely with customers, internal delivery teams and third‑party suppliers.
• Leading project meetings, governance activities and customer communications.
• Providing regular project status updates and delivery reporting.
• Supporting software go‑lives and transition to support teams.
• Managing multiple concurrent software implementation projects at any one time.
