Qualifications

Strong experience in Programme Management and delivery leadership across enterprise environments.
Proven ability to develop business cases, delivery plans and benefits realisation approaches.
Excellent stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, Support and Business functions.
Experience operating within Agile delivery environments and handling governance, risks and dependencies.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of AI and technology initiatives from concept through adoption.
Translate business objectives and investment cases into executable delivery plans, milestones and measurable outcomes.
Track and report on benefits, KPIs and value realisation.
Support portfolio investment, prioritisation and funding decisions.
