Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model and score each exchange, compare generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt better, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.
• Able to explain decisions in writing with evidence.
• Comfortable discussing realistic scenarios in English.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural and useful each exchange sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortion, flickering, or audio mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise explanation in English.
