You will blend superb writing, instructional design and hands-on technical expertise to produce enablement content for developers, product teams and customers.

Collaborating with SMEs, designers and project leads, you’ll own content from brief through to final approval and delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on writing and instructional design experience for technical audiences.
• Ability to create learning materials that enable product adoption.
• Strong ability to translate complex tech into actionable content.

Responsibilities

• Transform complex technical information into clear, practical learning content.
• Collaborate with SMEs, designers and project leads to deliver learning assets.
• Own content deliverables from brief to approval within agile delivery.
• Create AI-enabled content using approved AI tools to accelerate development.
• Develop onboarding, implementation guides and demo materials.
