Job summary

The AI Enablement Manager at CVFine by Instrovate Technologies will lead AI adoption programs ensuring effective use of AI tools within the organization. This remote role focuses on change management, training, and stakeholder engagement.

With a salary ranging from £70,000 to £90,000, the role also involves delivering training, measuring adoption success through various metrics, and partnering with leadership to integrate AI use into workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in change management or technology adoption with a focus on AI tools.
• Strong experience in designing technical training for non-tech audiences.
• Excellent understanding of stakeholder dynamics from employees to C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute AI enablement programmes with a focus on user adoption.
• Build and deliver training on AI tools and best practices.
• Measure AI adoption via metrics and user confidence scoring.
