Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an AEM Configuration Professional to update unauthenticated pages across multiple product groups within Adobe Experience Manager. You will manage a request queue, publish content, and collaborate with product teams to ensure accurate, timely updates that meet standards and SLAs.

The role emphasizes QA, metadata adherence, and consistency of components across product groups, with remote work options and occasional travel to Humana offices as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with a content management system (preferably AEM).
• Experience building/publishing content with CMS templates and components.
• Ability to manage multiple update requests and varying urgency.
• Knowledge of web content fundamentals including formatting, metadata, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Ability to prioritize with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication when collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Complete and publish website updates in AEM based on requests from multiple product groups.
• Manage a queue of requests and deliver within SLAs.
• Build new pages using AEM components, templates, workflows, and DAM assets.
• Ensure update accuracy and alignment with request details.
• Perform QA including link testing, formatting, metadata, and cross-device functionality.
• Maintain content structure, components, and assets in AEM.
• Clarify requirements with requestors to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure consistency across product groups.
• Contribute to documentation, standards, and governance for AEM processes.
