Job summary

Practice Plus Group, a leading UK healthcare provider, invites an Advanced Nurse/Clinical Practitioner to join our Clinical Assessment Service. Work remotely, performing remote consultations and triage to guide patients to the right care pathway.

You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team, with tailored CPD training via our Learning Management System, and flexible shifts covering 18:30–08:00 and weekend hours. Competitive hourly rates reflect experience and night/weekend commitments.

Qualifications

• Registered nursing with valid NMC status.
• Experience in remote triage or telehealth.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote clinical assessments via phone/digital channels.
• Direct patients to appropriate care pathways.
• Participate in 24/7 OOH service scheduling.
