Job summary

Lighthouse Pathways seeks an experienced Associate ADHD and Autism Coach for its UK-wide assessment and treatment service. You will provide 1:1 and group coaching to patients and their families, collaborating with prescribers, clinical leads and safeguarding teams within our clinical governance framework.

This contractor role offers flexible sessions (minimum four per week) and is remote across the UK. You will help clients manage executive function, transitions, and daily routines, with a focus

Qualifications

• Experience delivering 6–12 coaching sessions to adults, young people, and parents.
• Good knowledge of ADHD, autism, and co-occurring conditions.
• Experience in a CQC-registered or NHS setting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured 1:1 coaching to adults, young people 11+ and parents.
• Focus on executive function, time and task management, emotional regulation, routines, and understanding a new diagnosis.
• Support patients through transitions such as university, work, career changes.
• Deliver Access to Work-funded workplace coaching with reasonable adjustments and progress reports.
• Run or co-facilitate group programmes and drop-ins.
• Record sessions within 48 hours in our clinical system.
• Recognise safeguarding concerns and escalate appropriately.
• Work within coaching scope and refer to clinical team.
• Attend monthly group supervision.
• Coaching qualification with ADHD specialism.
• Have at least 200 hours of 1:1 coaching with neurodivergent clients.
• Maintain professional indemnity insurance and ICO registration.
• Enhanced DBS (with children's barred list) or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable, private remote setup.
• Experience as an Access to Work supplier.
• Coaching experience in a CQC-registered or NHS setting.
• Parent coaching, education or SEND background.
• Autism-specific coaching experience.
• Experience delivering training to schools, universities or employers.
