Responsibilities

• Supervise the accounts payable staff and daily AP operations.
• Ensure timely payment processing and accuracy of invoices.
• Review and reconcile vendor statements and reports.
• Collaborate with Accounting Manager on policies and procedures.
• Support transition to new billing/platform systems.
• Respond to vendor inquiries with professional communication.
• Assist in annual performance evaluations and staff training.
• Maintain documentation and records for audit purposes.
