Responsibilities

• Process invoices using the Invoice Capture tool.
• Handle queries and incidents from receipt to resolution.
• Provide guidance on key finance policies.

Skills

Ability to process large quantities of invoices accurately

Ability to understand different processing rules for different locations

Ability to work as part of a team

Ability to take ownership of queries by logging and tracking

Accounts Payable experience preferred
