Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks experienced Technical Writers / Editors to contribute to a customer project focused on evaluating and improving advanced AI systems. You’ll use your expertise in writing, editing, and critical analysis to evaluate AI-generated content and help improve the quality, clarity, and usefulness of model outputs.

No prior AI experience is required. Role involves evaluating and comparing AI-generated responses, scoring, providing rationales, and offering actionable feedback.

Qualifications

• Native-level English fluency with excellent written communication.
• Experience in technical writing, editing, or content evaluation.
• Strong understanding of clarity, tone, structure, coherence, and instructional content.
• Familiarity with digital content review, annotation, or evaluation platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate remotely.
• Experience with AI systems or model evaluation is a plus, but not required.
