Job summary

Your Housing Group is hiring a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst to provide ICT support from a homebased location in the Northwest, with occasional visits to the Warrington Head Office. You will handle first-line incidents, triage issues, and deliver excellent user support across Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.

Join a busy ICT team, supporting BAU tasks, onboarding new starters, and assisting with service improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows 11, Office 365 and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Basic network troubleshooting capabilities and mobile device management.
• Strong communication and customer service skills for a 1st line role.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone line support and triage, raise tickets with end users.
• Provide first-time fixes where possible and BAU support across devices and apps.
• Onsite, in-person ICT support at head office on rota, including rooms and printers.
• Assist with onboarding new staff from initial requests to accounts and equipment.
• Develop and follow procedures to improve Service Desk operations.
