Description

As a Remortgage Case Worker, you will manage your own caseload of Transfer of Equity cases, dealing with technical and legal issues to reach resolutions efficiently, ensuring a seamless client experience.

You will oversee cases from instruction to sign-off, review files, and ensure targets are met, handling all inbound and outbound correspondence, including a high volume of calls and emails, to maintain excellent client service.

Profile

• Minimum of six months remortgage experience
• Experience with case management systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a busy environment and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
