Job summary

Movera in Leeds is seeking self-motivated, enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals for our Remortgage Trainee Case Manager programme. You don't need previous legal or remortgage experience – we'll provide the training and support you need to develop into a Remortgage Case Manager.

You'll work in a fast‑paced environment, learn new systems, and manage multiple tasks. After eight weeks of training, you will join one of our Remortgage Teams to grow your own caseload and liaise with clients,

Qualifications

• No previous remortgage experience required; training provided.
• Ability to learn new systems and manage multiple tasks.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Input data accurately onto the case management system.
• Log and action mail and other documents.
• Liaise with lenders, brokers, solicitors and third parties.
• Handle case enquiries by phone and email.
• Maintain detailed telephone notes throughout the transaction.
• Follow a task list and act on prompts accordingly.
• Assist with pre- and post-completion activities.
