Salesforce seeks a Deployment Strategist to lead the Remediation POD, overseeing delivery governance, scope, schedule, and go-live readiness across remediation engagements.

Reporting to the Account Activation & Remediation Lead, you will drive risk management, coordinate triage, and contribute to playbooks and accelerators. Strong PM/Agile credentials and 8+ years in delivery are preferred.

Formación

• 8+ years in delivery, program management or consulting with remediation engagements.
• Strong stakeholder and escalation management; comfortable working with SI partners and executives.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate scope alignment sessions with customer, SI partner, and internal stakeholders to define remediation scope.
• Monitor progress against remediation plan and report POD health, milestone status, and blockers.
• Coordinate handoff documentation and smooth transition to BAU delivery teams or Customer Success; ensure exit criteria are met.
• Contribute to playbooks, templates, and deployment frameworks; document lessons learned and case studies.
