SEED Environmental is recruiting a Multi Skilled Builder to join the CTSL team in the Bathgate area, undertaking remediation and general building works on oil-contaminated residential properties across the UK.

The role requires reading plans, working both independently and in a team, and willingness to travel nationwide. A full UK driving licence, strong communication skills, and the right to work in the UK are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in joinery, brickwork, plastering, drainage and building work.
• Ability to read and understand plans and drawings.
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and work away from home.
• Strong communication and teamwork in demanding environments.
• Fitness and motivation for an ever-changing industry.
• Desirable: CSCS/CPCS and related certifications are advantageous.
• Experience in environmental remediation or contaminated land works is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Carry out all building works on oil-contaminated residential properties, including removal of contaminated soils and brickwork.
• Underpinning and installing damp proof courses (DPC) and rebuilding brick/blockwork.
• Patch plastering and drainage works; perform general joinery and carpentry tasks.
• Perform internal and external remediation works to high standards.
• Read, understand and work from plans and drawings; maintain a clean and safe site.
• Travel nationwide to project sites and work away from home when required.
