Severn Trent Water in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive leader to join the Potable Tanks Team in Shelton, delivering the potable tank remediation programme with a strong focus on safety, quality and environmental compliance.

You’ll be responsible for delivering the potable tank remediation programme with a strong focus on safety, quality, and environmental compliance. Ensuring all remedial works meet required standards, addressing water quality risks and maintaining consistent care for all tanks regardless of size or location.
Committed to continuous improvement and fostering a positive culture, while capturing accurate assurance data for asset grading and future investment planning. Demonstrates a proactive approach to safeguarding colleagues, customers, and the environment throughout all operations.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proactive mindset. Qualified in health, safety, environmental standards, and water hygiene, with knowledge of potable water tanks and water-tightening materials. IT literate, able to use mobile applications and MS Office, Holds a full UK driving licence. The right skills and experience are important.
