Fern Recruitment Limited is seeking a Remedial Plumber for a Water Consultancy role in the Midlands, covering commercial sites and undertaking remedial plumbing works and planned maintenance in line with legionella regulations.

You will perform tasks including cleaning and chlorination of cold-water storage tanks and hot/cold pipework, with a package including a company van and benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in maintenance/remedial plumbing.
• Deadleg removals.
• TMV install/servicing.
• Expansion vessels work.
• Pipework modifications.
• Fixing leaks/fitting pipework.
• Legionella compliance understanding.
• Willing to cover Midlands within 90-minute radius.
• DBS checked.
• Full driving license.

Responsibilities

• Undertake remedial plumbing works and pre-planned maintenance on commercial sites.
• Carry out cleaning and chlorination of cold-water storage tanks and hot/cold pipework.
• Work in accordance with legionella regulations and site safety requirements.

Remedial Plumber - Water Consultancy

£32000-£36000 + Van (Private use) + Benefits

Industry leading water consultancy are looking for a Remedial Plumber to join their Midlands team covering commercial sites undertaking remedial plumbing works and pre planned maintenance in accordance with legionella regulations. Additional work will include cleaning and chlorination of cold-water storage tanks and hot/cold pipework.

To apply for the Remedial Plumber role the successful applicants will have the following background

• 4+ years' experience working in maintenance/remedial plumbing role carrying out a range of work including
• Deadleg removals
• TMV install/servicing
• Working on expansion vessels
• Pipework modifications
• Fixing leaks/fitting pipework
• A thorough understand of legionella compliance
• Be able to cover the Midlands territory and within a 90-minute radius
• DBS checked
• Full driving license

The Remedial Plumber will receive a full benefits package, additional training and a wide variety of work across sites including Health Care, Offices, Retail, Public Sector and Education. Our client can provide planned work to ensure all field-based staff have work schedules in advance and points of contact within the project team enabling any site issues to be escalated efficiently.
