Qualifications

• Proven site management experience on high-end residential or commercial schemes.
• Strong eye for build quality, detailing, and premium finishes.
• Commercial acumen with planning and problem solving.
• Willingness to relocate to the Channel Islands with relocation support.
• Valid site certifications (e.g. SMSTS, CSCS).

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day operational control on site from groundworks to handover.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trade teams, and direct labour.
• Ensure site health, safety, environmental management and quality compliance.
• Plan and monitor short-term programmes, logistics and deliveries.
• Collaborate with commercial, design and technical teams to resolve buildability queries.
• Conduct regular site safety briefings and progress reviews.
• Serve as a professional interface for clients, designers and inspectors.
