Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking an experienced RE Teacher for a secondary school in St Albans. You will plan and deliver Religious Education lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, developing pupils’ knowledge of beliefs and ethics and preparing them for GCSE assessments.

You will foster thoughtful discussion, help pupils analyse and support arguments with evidence, adapt to diverse learning needs, and collaborate with colleagues to close gaps in understanding while upholding safeguarding standards.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching RE at secondary level.
• Strong knowledge of religious beliefs, practices and ethical issues.
