Job summary

Platinum Recruitment is seeking an experienced Relief Chef to work across multiple venues in Essex, including hotels, restaurants and contract catering sites. You will handle high-standard service in busy kitchens, with shifts ranging from occasional to full-time temporary work.

Ideal candidates have professional chef experience, Chef de Partie or higher roles, and hold valid Food Hygiene and Allergy Awareness certificates. Right to Work in the UK and two hospitality references are required.

• Previous experience working as a professional chef.
• Experience as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef.
• Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Allergy Awareness Certificate.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Two recent hospitality references.

Responsibilities

• As a Relief Chef representing Platinum Recruitment, you'll work across a variety of professional kitchens, delivering high standards while adapting quickly to different environments.
