Job summary

Mencap is seeking a Relief Support Worker to support individuals with learning disabilities in Northamptonshire. The role requires flexibility across weekdays, weekends and bank holidays, with shifts across mornings, afternoons and nights.

• Assist with daily activities for people with learning disabilities.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals.
• Support people in social and personal care activities as needed.
• Be flexible to work across mornings, afternoons, evenings, sleep ins and waking nights.
