Sense is seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team at our Peterborough college site. This casual role offers flexible shifts and pays £13/hr, with a Monday to Friday pattern and no weekend work. The role focuses on empowering learners with complex needs to gain life skills in everyday activities.

We value dedication, adaptability, and a compassionate approach to support, including potential personal care. A rota will be provided in advance to help you plan your life.

Qualifications

• Awareness of multi-sensory and complex needs.
• Willingness to undertake personal care for vulnerable learners.
• Flexibility to work a rota that may include evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrates values and behaviours to make a difference.

Responsabilités
