Job summary

Dimensions (UK) Ltd. is seeking a flexible Relief Support Worker to join our teams across Winnersh and surrounding areas.

You will provide personalised support to people with a range of needs, including learning disabilities and physical disabilities. Duties include daily routines, meals, personal care and attending appointments, with opportunities to support mobility and activities that matter to each individual.

Qualifications

Flexible and dependable
Enthusiastic about working nights and varied shift patterns
Happy to pick up additional shifts when available
Comfortable adapting to different support settings and teams
Caring, positive and reliable
A strong communicator
Confident working independently and as part of a team
Keen to learn and develop new skills
Driver with full UK manual driving licence

Responsibilities

Provide personalised support to people with a range of support needs.
Support daily routines, meals, personal care and medication administration as required.
Assist with mobility and attending appointments.
Support people to participate in hobbies, interests and experiences.
