Dimensions is seeking a Relief Support Worker for Winnersh and surrounding areas. This role offers bank/relief/0-hours contracts with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour plus 12.07% holiday pay accrual and a requirement for a full UK driving licence.

As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide personalised support to people with learning disabilities, autistic people, and other complex needs, across a variety of settings, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalised support to people with a range of support needs, including learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities.
• Assist with daily routines, meals, personal care, appointments and activities.
• Support independence, mobility and communication to help people achieve goals.
• Administer medication where required and monitor safety.
• Travel to different support settings across Winnersh area when needed.
