Job summary

Dimensions is seeking a Relief Support Worker in Wetherby to assist three individuals with learning disabilities in their home. The role involves promoting independence, overseeing daily living tasks, and helping with personal care as needed.

Shifts include long days with a sleep-in and a mix of daytime hours across weekdays, weekends and bank holidays. A driving licence is required, and rota information is provided four weeks in advance to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• UK/EU manual driving licence required.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS disclosure will be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living support to 3 individuals in their home.
• Assist with medication, meals, cooking, cleaning and laundry.
• Be involved in activities such as choir, Zumba and holiday planning.
• Support driving responsibilities using a Motability car.
