North Yorkshire Centre for Independent Living is seeking a Relief Support Assistant to join a team of Personal Assistants/Support Workers. You will help a 33-year-old autistic gentleman become more independent in life skills and participate in community activities. Hours are ad-hoc with on-site work in York.

The role involves personal care, dressing, meals, and medication management, with DBS required. The position offers a DBS-required, part-time, temporary on-site role with salary £15 per hour

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care and disability support preferred.
• Driving licence preferred.
• Flexible and able to work ad-hoc hours.

Responsibilities

• Support a 33-year-old autistic gentleman to develop life skills and engage with the community.
