Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Relief Support Workers to join our team in Aberystwyth.

As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will assist with daily activities and provide emotional support, playing a vital role in their lives.

What we're looking for:

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
• This role requires you to be a driver.

All our services are 24-hour care. We prepare rotas at least 4 weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your personal and social life.

There is also a sleep-in option available, with an enhanced flat rate payment of £62.45.
