Salvation Army Housing Association (saha) seeks Relief Support Worker to provide trauma-informed support to young people aged 16-30 in North Somerset. The role requires covering gaps in the 24/7 rota, including sleep-in shifts, across housing services.

You will support 16+ residents, safeguarding, and co-develop services while maintaining electronic records; a current UK driving licence is preferred and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience and passion for supporting young people.
• Flexibility to cover a 24/7 rota, including sleep-in and weekend shifts.
• UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Willingness to complete SAH core training and induction programme within agreed timescales.

• Co-produce service development with the team.
• Keep concise electronic records on databases and systems.
