BRC is recruiting for Relief Support Worker roles in Swansea to provide flexible relief staffing across services for vulnerable clients. The positions offer varied shifts, including 2-3 days per week and 24-hour patterns, with both short-term and longer-term opportunities available.

BRC are currently recruiting for relief staff around the Swansea area, with a number of opportunities available across support services.
We’d ideally like to hear from people with experience in homelessness, substance misuse, domestic abuse, refuge or supported housing, although relevant support work experience will also be considered.
There is flexibility around shifts, so if you’re looking to work around other commitments, we can look at options such as 2-3 days per week. We also have shift work available, including 24-hour shift patterns and opportunities to pick up additional shifts where available.
