United Response is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Kingston upon Thames, offering a hourly rate of £14.56. This relief position supports individuals with personal care, daily routines and community participation, helping them to pursue activities they enjoy and maintain independence.

You will work closely with the people we support to follow personal support plans, attend appointments, and assist with employment, volunteering and hobbies, while benefiting from training and wellbeing

Who will you be supporting?

This position is all about building relationships with the people you will be supporting while helping them with their day-to-day routine in line with their personal support plans such as dressing, personal care, finances, medication, attending any appointments along with employment, Volunteering and hobbies.
