Job summary

United Response is seeking devoted support workers to empower people with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs to live as they choose. You will build relationships, assist with daily routines, personal care, finances, appointments, volunteering, and hobbies.

Job description

We want you to empower the people we support to live their lives how they want to, whether that's travelling the world or spending time in their local park! All we ask is that you have the commitment and drive to encourage and guide the people we support to make this happen. Who will you be supporting? This position is all about building relationships with the people you will be supporting while helping them with their day-to-day routine in line with their personal support plans such as dressing, personal care, finances, medication, attending any appointments along with employment, Volunteering and hobbies.
