Job summary

United Response in London is seeking a Relief Support Worker in Ealing to provide practical and personal support to adults with varied needs. This zero-hours role focuses on enabling people to live as independently as possible, with kindness, dignity and respect at the heart of every interaction.

You will help with daily activities, dressing, personal care, finances and attending appointments, while promoting participation in employment, volunteering and hobbies.

Who will you be supporting?

This position is all about building relationships with the people you will be supporting while helping them with their day-to-day routine in line with their personal support plans such as dressing, personal care, finances, medication, attending any appointments along with employment, volunteering, and hobbies.
