Vibrance has an exciting opportunity for a Relief Support Worker to join our exceptional team in Braintree. You will join us on a Relief hour contract. In return, you will receive an hourly rate of GBP12.21, plus benefits.

About the Support Worker role:

Cressing Road provides supported living care to 8 people with a learning disability who have a high degree of daily living skills.

We are looking for a Support Worker who wants to make a real difference by joining a team that takes a refreshing approach to care.

You will be responsible for empowering residents' independence in their home and in the community, assisting with daily living skills such as cooking, house-keeping, finances, and medication. You should be able to work as part of a team, understand lone-working, work on your own initiative, and deal with situations as they arise.

We welcome candidates with and without experience, as we provide high-standard training to all staff.
