Vibrance has an exciting opportunity for a Relief Support Worker to join our teamin Chelmsford. You will join us on a part-time casual basis. There may be an opportunity for the right candidate to be offered a part or full time salaried role.

Corporation Road is a registered care home providing 24-hour care for people with learning and physical disabilities currently aged between their 40s and 70s.

Vibrance is a registered charity supporting adults with additional needs in London and Essex.

About the Support Worker role:

We’re looking for a Support Worker who wants to make a real difference by joining a team that takes a refreshing approach to care.

As our Support Worker, you will maintain high standards of service, design personalised support plans, provide emotional support and help residents to live a full, active life both at home and in the community. This will include going out for activities such as music concerts, days by the sea, fun fairs, meals out and holidays etc.

Skills and experience of our ideal Support Worker:

• A caring, patient nature

• Effective communication skills in written and spoken English
