Job summary

Creative Support is seeking a warm, reliable Relief/Bank Support Worker for a Cannock service in Staffordshire. The role involves supporting people with learning disabilities and helping them enjoy a high quality of life, with opportunities for personal development.

You will contribute by developing, implementing and reviewing plans with service users and their families, working closely with multi-agency professionals to ensure personalised care that respects individual choices and well-being.

Qualifications

• Minimum of twelve months’ experience in a support role.
• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities.
