Job summary

Creative Support in Leeds is seeking Relief Support Workers to join our friendly team. You will provide person-centred care and support to tenants with learning disabilities, complex needs, and autism, enabling participation in daily life and activities.

We welcome calm, resourceful and energetic candidates with at least 12 months of UK care experience. This relief role is based in Leeds and involves working within a positive behaviour support framework and a supportive team ethos.

We are looking for calm, resourceful and energetic Relief Support Workers who are well motivated, hardworking and keen to join our friendly team in Leeds. Our supported living services provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, and Autism.

You will provide person-centred care and support to tenants to take part in all aspects of every day life and enjoy a wide range of activities. You will have skills in positive communication and engagement and will be able to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for the people we support. You will have the maturity to be able to work within a positive behaviour support framework, to accept responsibility and to grow in confidence as a skilled practitioner. You must be able to follow agreed guidelines and to work positively within a consistent, mutually supportive team ethos.

A minimum of 12 months’ UK care experience is essential for all Relief roles.
