Creative Support in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire is seeking a warm, reliable Relief Support Worker to join our friendly team at a vibrant supported living service. You will provide quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs, helping them to follow their passions and take part in activities from cooking and board games to arts and crafts.

No two days are the same as you work with 14 service users living in self-contained flats, in a role that

• Experience in supported living or care environment preferred.
• Ability to work flexibly as relief worker.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Creative Support is looking for a warm, reliable and proactive Relief Support Worker to join our friendly staff team in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. Here we provide quality care and support to individuals with a range of support needs including learning disabilities, Autism, and mental health needs.

Our vibrant supported living service in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire is home to 14 service users living in self-contained flats. No two days will be the same at this service as we support people to follow their passions and engage in a range of activities including: cooking/baking, board games, movie nights, arts and crafts and many more! We are looking for someone with a great sense of humour and who is looking to join a friendly and energetic staff team.
