Job summary

Creative Support is seeking motivated and resourceful Relief Support Workers to join our passionate staff team in Preston, Lancashire. The role focuses on providing person-centred support to people with mental health needs at our Preston service.

Your responsibilities include developing daily living skills, building confidence, and implementing individual support plans to help service users achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 12 months' paid UK care experience is essential for all Relief roles.
• Candidates must be located in and eligible to work within the UK; Skilled Worker Visa cannot be accepted.

Your role will include:

• Developing with the individual person-centred support plans aimed at recovery, happiness, health and achieving of service users' goals and aspirations.
• Implementing guidelines and risk management plans, and working positively within a consistence, mutually supportive team ethos.

As a Creative Support Relief Support Worker, you will have access to our free SONA app, which allows you to pick up shifts in any area of the country, and provides information on the service and shifts, as well as directions. You will be paid on a weekly basis.

A minimum of 12 months' paid UK care experience is essential for all Relief roles. Your personal skills and interests, such as sports, outdoor pursuits, creative arts, music, and cooking, will be highly valued in enriching the lives of our service users.
