Job summary

Creative Support is seeking Relief/Bank staff for our Learning Disability Service in Alcester, Warwickshire. You will provide person-centred relief support to tenants across a bespoke complex of town houses and bungalows, helping maximise wellbeing and independence in a supportive environment.

The role requires 12 months of care experience in the UK. You can access our free app to pick up shifts nationwide; weekly pay is provided, and the vacancy reference is 95142.

Creative Support is a thriving and progressive national third sector social care organisation, with a passion for delivering high quality and meaningful services to the people we support.

Our Learning Disability Service in Alcester is looking to recruit warm, flexible and motivated individuals to provide person centred relief support to people living at our new development.

You will be working across a bespoke complex of Alcester town houses and bungalows providing Supported Living opportunities for people with a learning disability. You will supporting the tenants to maximise their sense of wellbeing and independence through tailored, ongoing care and support. You will work to make a positive difference in the tenants’ lives and promote their independence at every step, whilst enabling to enjoy a fulfilling and valued life. You will enjoy inspiring the people we support to enjoy opportunities for personal development and engagement within their local communities.

Please note, 12 months of care experience in the UK is an essential requirement for this role.

As a Relief Support Worker you will have access to our free app which allows you to pick up shifts in Alcester and any area of the country, provides information on the service and shifts as well as directions. You will be paid on a weekly basis.
