Cornerstone in Dumbarton is expanding its relief pool to support our teams in the community. We are looking for reliable and caring individuals to help people with a range of needs live as independently as possible.

As a relief colleague, you'll cover shifts during annual leave, training and absence. You tell us when you're available and we’ll arrange shifts around your life. Training, SVQ, PVG and SSSC fees are funded.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• We fund SVQ (SCQF level 6/7), PVG and yearly SSSC registration fees.
• Caring, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Support people with a range of needs to live as independently as possible.
• Fill shifts during annual leave, training and absence; coordinate with the team.
• Assist with daily activities, home management, and social/creative engagement.
