Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Be willing to learn and show compassion in daily support tasks.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care and medication administration as required.
• Help with housework and meal preparation to support independence.
• Encourage participation in hobbies, activities and local community involvement.
• Contribute to creating a safe, respectful and engaging home environment.
